MATERIALS AND COLORS

All original artworks are painted by Kalina Dzhambova. Materials used are high quality watercolor paper and pigments. Paper brand, size, thickness and surface properties may vary. You can find more details about materials in the description of each artwork in gallery.

Important :

We photograph our artworks, so that photos can match the true colors and shades of the original paintings, but depending on your screen settings, artworks might appear different in real life. We can provide you with additional photos and videos in different lighting conditions, just let us know which particular artwork you are interested in. PAYMENT

All prices are in Euro. Preferable payment method: PayPal

Shipping is not included in the price of the original artworks/fine art prints.

All framed original artworks are carefully packed and you will also receive a tracking number. Unframed original artworks and prints will be shipped in a tube.

COMMISSIONED PAINTINGS

Payment term for commissioned paintings – 50% advance payment and 50% on completion. To ensure that you will be satisfied with your order, you are entitled to 3 reviews during the process.

If you have any specific questions regarding the above, feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return policy do not apply for commissioned artworks.

You are entitled to return an artwork within 14 days after receiving it. Please note that we do not pay for any additional fees (such as packaging materials and shipping costs etc) and that you are responsible for delivering the package back to us in a secure way. As soon as we have cleared that the product/products are in perfect condition we will transfer you money back as soon as possible.

If your product/products appears to be broken or damaged in any way upon arrival and you wish to make a complaint, contact us as soon as possible with details, pictures and any additional information that we might need and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
